Sony ILX-LR1

PreviousHeadwall Nano HPNextData Management

Last updated 2 months ago

The Sony ILX-LR1 will start in an idle state when GOBI receives power from the aircraft.

After pressing the Start Mission button in GRYFN WebUI, the RGB camera will be "primed" for data collection. Once the aircraft exceeds the data triggering threshold (20m altitude by default), RGB images will begin capture.

With the latest Gobi revision as of May 2025*, GRYFN Gobi now has USB-C control of the optional frame camera module. As such, settings of the ILX-LR1 are now user-adjustable in the Gobi WebUI.

GRYFN has two standard recommendations for setting up the ILX-LR1. Automatic and Manual. Gobi systems will come standard with the Automatic settings applied by GRYFN. Should users wish to change these to our Manual recommendations, or adjust parameters based on their own practices, they are welcome to do so.
