DroneAmplified Landing Gear

Introduction

GRYFN uses customized, hard mounted landing gear manufactured specifically for the Freefly Alta X by DroneAmplified.

DroneAmplified landing gear comes as two seperate components:

1. Landing gear mounts

2. Landing gear carbon rods

Installation

To install the DroneAmplified landing gear mounts:

1. Remove eight hex screws, four per side, from bottom of aircraft on front right and back left side of aircraft.

   

   Landing Gear Mounting Points: Rear Left and Front Right
2. Orient and place the landing gear mounts onto the aircraft

   
3. Apply threadlocker to the provided hex screws

4. Screw the landing gear mounts into place

   1. M4x20mm screws should be installed closest to the rotor arm mount.

   2. M4x14mm screws should be installed further from the rotor arm mount.

To install the landing gear carbon rods:

1. Attach hull rod to foot for each of the two sides of the landing gear

2. Tighten clamps from hull rod to foot

3. Place carbon rods into mounting points on aircraft hull

4. Insert landing gear into mounts and tighten clamps
