# GRYFN Processing Tool

GRYFN processing software is the latest software from GRYFN for processing UAV-Based multi-modal remote sensing data. This software is designed as a simple to use integrated solution for simultaneous processing of Hyperspectral, LiDAR, and RGB data with a streamlined user experience.

Featuring a straightforward pipeline scheme, users can easily process multi-temporal datasets following a consistent format, while allowing for customization when needed. GRYFN software will produce high-quality raster and point cloud data products for further analysis in user infrastructure or in GRYFN’s custom tools.

GRYFN Processing Tool streamlines user interaction and limits downtime, allowing users to get back to what they do best. Streamlining does not limit functionality. For users that like to tinker, complex processing parameter configurations are available and transparent, reducing the "black box" effect many other industry software packages accustom users to. This includes running home-brewed [python scripts](https://github.com/gryfn-io/gryfn-python) as part of a job submission in GRYFN Processing Tool, to achieve your highly specific data goals.

All processing outputs utilize non-proprietary, industry standard formats allowing flexibility in visualization and analysis software choices.

This software was created with technology developed within the Transportation Energy Resources from Renewable Agriculture (TERRA) field phenomics for biofuel trait discovery project at Purdue University and funded by Advanced Research Projects Agency–Energy (ARPA-E).
