# Hyperspec III Launcher Configuration

## Overview

GRYFN has developed a method of communicating to each sensor with its own instance of the Hyperspec III software for users who do not have a USB-Ethernet switch, or prefer a more isolated setup environment.

Only one installation of Hyperspec III is required. The following instructions will guide users to force a new shortcut of Hyperspec III to point to a separate IP address for SWIR communication. Therefore, users can use a VNIR version of the shortcut and a SWIR version of the shortcut to easily access both sensors.

## Prerequisites

Create a copy of the sensorConfig folder in case we need to revert reset settings in the future.

Your now have two working Hyperspec III launch icons to operate their respective sensors.
