# Software

## Field Tools

### Headwall Hyperspec III

Headwall's Hyperspec III software is used for in-field configuration of the Headwall Nano HS VNIR hyperspectral sensor.

### Headwall HSInsight

Headwall's Nano HP VNIR sensor runs a web app, HSInsight, on the hardware to configure sensor settings and capture. HSInsight can be accessed through a web browser at 10.0.65.50.

### FTP Application

Useful for inspecting acquired Nano HP, Sentera 65R, and other data in the field.

### Micasense Camera App

Micasense deploys their own custom web app for setting multispectral camera settings and capture functionality.

## Post-Processing

### GRYFN Processing Tool

Seamless integration of hyperspectral, LiDAR, and RGB processing through GRYFN Processing Tool. Applanix APX-15 processing support through POSPac GUI, or called in batch mode for automatic processing through GRYFN Processing Tool settings configuration. Nano HP hyperspectral data will be automatically converted to radiance through GRYFN Processing Tool.

### Applanix POSPac

Required to post-process APX-15 data. GNSS data can be processed manually in POSPac and bundled into a GRAW in GRYFN Processing Tool, or GRYFN Processing Tool can call the POSPac batch mode to process GNSS data automatically during a GRYFN Processing Tool job.

### Headwall Hyperspec III

In addition to in-field setup and configuration, Hyperspec III is also used to download data from the Nano HS.

### Headwall Spectral View

Spectral View is used for raw to radiance conversion of Nano HS hyperspectral data. Headwall's latest Nano HP spectrometer has native raw to radiance conversion through GRYFN Processing Tool.

### FTP Application

For Headwall Nano HP hyperspectral sensors, and FTP application (such as WinSCP or Filezilla) should be used to download data from the sensor.
